Purification plant sizing

Translates the procurement question — "what size plant do I need to make X m³/day?" — into permeate flow, feed flow, reject flow and buffer-storage targets. Daily demand (direct or people × LPD) × operating window × recovery preset (RO, NF, UF, MF/UV or custom) compiles into a single supplier-ready plant specification.
